Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

I will accept returns and exchanges if you:

 

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery (at your expense)
  • I don't accept cancellation of an order due to our quick response in shipping the order

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Because of the nature of glass items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders because we can not restock those items.

 

Conditions of Returns

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
